Project Controls Analyst

Job Summary:

- The Project Controls Analyst is responsible for the consolidation, validation, analysis, and reporting of project performance data across all active projects under Construction Management (CM) and Construction operations. The role ensures accurate tracking of revenue, percentage of completion, cost of sales, and gross profit, and maintains alignment between actual performance and baseline‑approved project P&L.

- The position serves as the custodian of operational performance data, transforming dashboard inputs into structured reports and management‑ready insights that support decision‑making, financial integrity, and project governance at both project and portfolio levels.
