Antibody Drug Conjugate (ADC) Facility, to be built in Tuas, Singapore . This is a large multi-phased project, with the initial phase estimated at USD 1.5bn.
ADCs are a class of biopharmaceutical drug designed as a targeted therapy for treating cancer. Unlike chemotherapy, ADCs are intended to target and kill tumour cells while sparing healthy cells. ADCs are complex molecules, composed of an antibody, linked to a biologically active cytotoxic (anticancer) payload or drug.
