Job Description

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project
Prepare baseline schedules aligned with project scope, milestones, and deliverables
Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly to reflect actual status
Identify schedule deviations and analyze impacts on project timelines
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for schedule inputs
Track critical path activities and highlight potential delays and risks
Prepare look-ahead schedules (weekly/monthly) for execution planning
Generate progress reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review
Conduct schedule risk analysis and recommend mitigation strategies
Support resource planning and allocation based on project timelines
Review contractor/subcontractor schedules and validate progress claims
