Project Coordinator – Amazon Seller Central

We're looking for a Project Coordinator with hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central to support e-commerce operations, inventory, and shipments. This role requires strong organization, follow-through, and comfort coordinating across vendors, freight partners, and internal teams.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate multiple e-commerce projects and timelines
• Manage inventory and product orders in Amazon Seller Central
• Request shipment quotes, book containers, and track freight shipments
• Monitor shipment status, resolve issues, and flag risks or delays
• Communicate with vendors, freight carriers, and internal teams
• Create presentations and updates using Canva
• Support admin tasks (email, calendar, files, documentation)
• Assist with organic social media posts and general e-commerce support
