Key Duties
Assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and tracking progress
Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
Manage documents (drawings, submissions, RFIs, quotations)
Track costs, variation claims, and purchase orders
Arrange meetings, site visits, and follow-ups
Ensure compliance with project procedures and timelines
Common Skills
Good coordination and communication
Strong documentation and filing skills
Basic knowledge of contracts, drawings, and site workflow
Proficiency in Excel, Word, email, and document control systems
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Note: Prior experience in a related field is required
