About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at MEWAH THERMATEK (M) SDN BHD. In this full-time role based in Proton City, Perak, you will play a key part in the successful delivery of our engineering projects.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and monitor project timelines, milestones and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Liaise with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations and procurement, to facilitate efficient project execution
• Identify and resolve project-related issues, risks and roadblocks in a timely manner
• Maintain detailed project documentation, reports and records
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations and status updates for management
• Provide administrative support to the project management team as required
