• Assist in quality assurance and quality control on construction projects
• Coordinate with the material supply chain to ensure timely delivery of supplies
• Support equipment and component installation to meet project standards
• Prepare construction progress reports for management review
• Monitor material and tool usage to help stay within project budgets
• Assist project manager with schedules, documentation, and filing
• Maintain accurate records of project timelines, costs, and activities
• Support preparation of shop drawings and schematic drawings for confirmed projects
• Perform ad-hoc project coordination duties as required
