Project Coordinator

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Engineers and Technicians in creating and development of Project Gantt Chart/S-curve. MS project and other tools can be used for project scheduling.
• Assists newly on boarded engineers and Technicians in the request of their working tools such as Laptop, personal working funds, PPE and other necessary tools.
• Daily Monitoring of project site work accomplishments of Systems division. Call every engineer or PM's for daily reporting of their work accomplishment.
• Create, consolidate, and maintain the updates of Project Progress Report and later to be signed and acknowledged by the client's project representative.
• Ensure Monthly Progress reports are signed by client's project representative and submit timely to Accounts Receivable team for billing purposes.
