Job Description
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget through the maximisation of the utilisation and proper allocation of resources and manpower.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Develop project plans to monitor and measure progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Successfully manage the relationship with customers, vendors and all stakeholders.
Ensures that status of projects and tasks are constantly updated in the assigned systems.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Maintains inventory and stock levels, ensuring all materials required are available when needed.
