Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of exterior and structural restoration projects throughout the GTA. This role plays a key part in coordinating documentation, subcontractors, and project timelines from pre-construction through to close-out., who is eager to grow and learn within a dynamic environment. This is a hands‑on, fully in‑office role with regular site visits and close collaboration with the project and division management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager and General Manager with scheduling, coordination, and daily tracking
• Prepare, issue, and maintain logs for RFIs, submittals, change orders, and site instructions
• Organize and update all project documentation including drawings, specifications, and inspection reports using tools like Bluebeam and AutoCAD
• Assist with project scheduling and planning using MS Projects and other tools
