Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate Peneraju programme candidates from initial screening up to execution preferabaly Malay candidate.

This role involves calling and screening potential candidates, coordinating interview sessions with the in-house team, tracking candidate progress, and ensuring all activities are accurately updated in the CRM system. Fresh graduates with an HR or related background are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential Peneraju candidates via phone and email to confirm interest and eligibility.
• Schedule and coordinate interview or alignment sessions with the in-house team.

CRM & Data Management

• Update all candidate interactions, call logs, interview outcomes, and status changes in the CRM system.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
