Our client a leading medical device company based in th east of the country is hiring a Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the technical project management team by overseeing project activities, ensuring timely completion, and facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders. This role provides seamless administrative support while maintaining accurate project documentation and assisting in the coordination of project deliverables.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintain the administrative aspect of action plans, project templates, updating resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
Schedule meetings, track project progress, and manage documentation to ensure delivery on schedule and within budget.
