Project Coordinator (Energy Storage)

Our client is working in partnership with a globally recognised company within energy storage who is currently expanding due to market demand. We’re looking to hire a person who would support service requests, administrate warranty claims, and respond to them quickly and professionally. In addition, one of the main responsibilities in this role is ensuring that necessary corrective actions resulting from warranty claims and agreement deliveries are taken in a timely fashion. Ensuring safety and following the warranty policy is also an important part of this role.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure that correct warranty data is present in the SAP project builder on the WBS level and see to it that all internal stakeholders maintain the data on their responsibility level.
• Foster customer satisfaction in all activities and promote/adhere to QEHS
• Ensure that accurate reporting, including agreement and warranty cost management (provision calculations/estimates...
