Project Coordinator for Hydrovac Services

Enhance Hydrovac operations as a Project Coordinator in the Greater Toronto Area. You will oversee scheduling, dispatching, and management of Hydrovac activities.
As part of AEcon's team, you will report to the Senior Project Coordinator and be responsible for managing a comprehensive schedule. This role demands excellent organizational skills to process field requests and maintain effective coordination among crews, subcontractors, and stakeholders. You’ll track KPIs to ensure operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage scheduling data for Hydrovac activities
• Confirm and process incoming Hydrovac requests
• Dispatch assignments to crews and subcontractors
• Track and report on schedule performance
• Keep fleet lists and disposal locations up to date
Requirements:
• Relevant diploma or certification in a technical field
