Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to ensure all projects, both inbound and outbound, are executed smoothly, efficiently and on time. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the overall and general operations of all projects in line to BWS standards and procedures.

Key responsibilities and tasks

• Responsible for all communication between the assigned client(s) on all matters concerning shipments, documentations, queries, pre-alerts, concerns, KPI reporting, improvement plans & process etc. Also, coordinate freight forwarding scopes with respective destination BWS offices for inbound and outbound cargo movements.
• Responsible for the complete execution of a project from operations to invoicing.
• Ensure invoicing to clients are down in line to approve quotes, rate sheet and in a timely manner.
