We have partnered with one of Southwestern Ontario's leading general contractors to add a strong Project Coordinator (Heavy Civil) to their dynamic team.

The Project Coordinator will play a vital role in the planning, execution and delivery of large infrastructure projects, while maintaining accurate documentation through the life‑cycle of the venture.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients, sub‑contractors, vendors and the entire team.
• Prepare regular progress reports.
• Prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders and site instructions.
• Participate in tender and contract preparation, and partner with the estimator to assemble bids, track inquiries and requests for pricing.
