Role Mission

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Nordics team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and delivering multiple creative, digital, and integrated marketing projects from concept to completion. You will act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment, clarity, and excellence across all stages of delivery. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex, fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed project plans based on client needs and objectives, while internally taking responsibility for planning, deadlines, deliverables, and margins.
