Experience and skill requirements
- Proven work experience in a Construction Administration role.
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
Nice To Haves
- BSc /Diploma in Business Administration or related field or construction management
- Experience as a Project Coordinator role or similar within the construction industry.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- Hands-on experience with project management tools
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification or project management qualifications
Responsibilities
