Project Coordinator Intern

We are looking for a motivated and organized
Junior Project Coordinator
to support communication between clients and the internal development team. This is an entry-level role suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 months of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Communication Support

• Assist in sharing project updates with clients.
• Respond to basic client queries in a professional manner (under supervision).
• Collect client feedback and share it with the internal team.
• Follow up with clients for required documents, approvals, or assets.

• Maintain clear communication records.

• Internal Team Coordination

• Collect daily/weekly updates from the development team.

• Help prepare simple, easy-to-understand summaries for clients.
