Project Coordinator Intern

We are looking for a motivated and organized Junior Project Coordinator to support communication between clients and the internal development team. This is an entry-level role suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 months of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Communication Support
Assist in sharing project updates with clients.
Respond to basic client queries in a professional manner (under supervision).
Collect client feedback and share it with the internal team.
Follow up with clients for required documents, approvals, or assets.
Maintain clear communication records.
2. Internal Team Coordination
Collect daily/weekly updates from the development team.
Help prepare simple, easy-to-understand summaries for clients.
Follow up with team members for pending tasks or clarifications.
Inform the Project Manager if there are delays or blockers.
3. Meeting Management
Schedule meetings using Google Calendar.
