About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator (Entry Level) or Intern with strong communication skills to support our project management and client coordination activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in the night shift and capable of managing client communications across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and updates
Manage communications via email, Slack, Zoom, and other communication tools
Assist project managers in tracking project progress and timelines
Maintain proper documentation of project discussions and deliverables
Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks
