project coordinator

Job Description :

• Assist in developing project plans, schedules and documentation
• Act as liaison; schedule meetings; prepare status reports
• Assign tasks, coordinate resources and ensure team members have necessary support
• Support project execution and escalate issues when required
• Ensure accuracy in tracking, reporting and logistics
• Provide support to logistics departments when necessary

Job Requirement :

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture or related field
• 3–5 years' experience in precast or construction materials industry (advantageous)
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Basic knowledge of construction methods and precast systems
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently
• Willing to travel and must possess own transport
