Project Coordinator – KDP

The Project Coordinator will serve as the operational and data backbone of the KDP Maize Silage Pilot. The role ensures that all field activity, farmer data, financial records, and documentation are accurately captured, compliant, and reportable. This role exists so that the Project Lead can focus on agronomy, partnerships, and decision-making, while the program runs with discipline, transparency, and credibility.
Responsibilities
Maintain and reconcile farmer data, acreage, inputs, yield, and buy-back records.
Ensure data consistency across field reports, finance records, and donor milestones; clean datasets and flag discrepancies.
Coordinate baseline/endline surveys and maintain complete farmer documentation (consent forms, CNICs, land records).
Track input financing (PKR 64,000/acre cap), recovery components, vendor payments, and buyer confirmations; support audit readiness.
Prepare weekly internal and monthly donor reports; track milestones and escalate delays.
