Project Coordinator

We are looking for an Project Coordinator who is able to start immediately or on short notice.

Requirements :

• Experience in interior design, renovation or similar role.
• Knowledge in Autocad or any related.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to details and commitment to quality in all work.

Responsibilities :

• Monitor works for the project and ensure that is done in compliance with contract specifications, including verification of completed works and ensure smooth handover of the project(s) is within the accepted time frame.
• Ensuring all on-site workers adhere to the health & safety regulations.
• Review project contractual terms and attend meetings / site walks to have a clear understanding of project requirements.
