Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Coordinator who can take charge of ongoing projects in our metal fabrication operations. This role requires strong leadership to command and supervise workers , ensure compliance with instructions, and directly report to the Manager regarding project progress and issues.

• Lead and coordinate workers assigned to specific projects, ensuring tasks are followed and completed as instructed.
• Act as the main point of contact between workers and the Manager.
• Implement project schedules and monitor progress daily.
• Ensure that workers strictly follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Report project status, accomplishments, and concerns directly to the Manager.
• Assist in resolving on‑site issues and enforcing discipline when necessary.
