Job Description
About the Role
We're looking for a Project Coordinator to support our retail sales team on after sales process. You'll play a key role in managing after sales administration, progress tracking, and communication between teams, ensuring that every sale runs smoothly to installation completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee after sales documentation, scheduling, and reporting
- Support sales manager, operations and designers in planning and execution
- Track each post sale milestones & deliverables
- Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams
- Ensure timely submission of reports and updates to management
- Maintain project records and organize all related documentation
- Assist with operations coordination and delivery tracking
Preferred Skills and Attributes:
- Minimum diploma level graduate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
