Project Coordinator

About the Role

We're looking for a Project Coordinator to support our retail sales team on after sales process. You'll play a key role in managing after sales administration, progress tracking, and communication between teams, ensuring that every sale runs smoothly to installation completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee after sales documentation, scheduling, and reporting
• Support sales manager, operations and designers in planning and execution
• Track each post sale milestones & deliverables
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams
• Ensure timely submission of reports and updates to management
• Maintain project records and organize all related documentation
• Assist with operations coordination and delivery tracking

Preferred Skills and Attributes:

• Minimum diploma level graduate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
