Job Description
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project Coordination & Monitoring
Coordinate and monitor the overall progress of the hospital new building project from planning, construction, to commissioning stages.
Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and identify potential delays or risks.
Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, scope, and schedule.
2. Reporting to CEO & Management
Prepare regular progress reports , dashboards, and presentations for CEO and hospital management.
Highlight project status, key issues, risks, cost implications, and mitigation plans.
Escalate critical issues promptly to CEO for decision-making.
3. Liaison with Hospital Engineering
Work closely with Hospital Engineering Services to ensure technical requirements, M&E systems, and hospital operational needs...
