About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC.' in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing valuable support to project managers and ensuring the successful delivery of our IT projects.

What you'll be doing

1. Coordinating project schedules, meetings, and documentation to keep projects on track
2. Assisting with the creation and maintenance of project plans, status reports, and other key project documentation
3. Tracking project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines to identify and resolve any issues or delays
4. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
