You’re comfortable working across functions, managing details, and turning ambiguity into clear next steps. You communicate clearly, follow through reliably, and are energized by supporting teams doing complex technical work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate cross-functional project activities, ensuring timelines, owners, and deliverables are clearly defined and tracked.
- Maintain project plans, action logs, risks, and decision records, following up with stakeholders to keep work moving.
