Job Description
- Monitoring the project, schedules, expenditures on the site
- Daily monitoring of the project's accomplishments (can do site visit occasionally)
- Responsible for all the documentations needed for the project
- Process the progress billings of the project
- Coordinate with clients, sub contractors, LGU officers, or suppliers for the project
- Ability to manage a team/manpower on site.
- Understands construction plan
- Knowledge in Pre -Construction and Actual Construction Process
- Knowledge on estimation of Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Decision Making
- Coordination
