Project Coordinator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive enquiries and allocate specific Job Number (PL No).
• Send out enquiries for costings.
• Receive quotations & complete the Rate Comparison Matrix (part of the PNL).
• Submit to Account Holder and assist in PNL completion.
• Monitor progress of shipment until cargo reaches destination or delivered to customer.
• Turn over job order details to Senior Project Coordinator and assist in billing preparation.
• Turn over vendor's billing to accounting for payment (SAPI).
• Assist in Customs related processing.
• If a customer requires, prepares Shipment Summary Reports for monitoring purposes.
• Communicate with customers, local & overseas agents on pre-shipment and post-shipment information and updates.
• Provide customers, local & overseas agents with timely notification of any changes, delays in vessel schedules, holiday schedules.
• File Documents in specific Job File....
