Job Summary:

The Project coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all project activities are properly coordinated, communicated, and aligned across stakeholders. The role supports project planning, scheduling, documentation, and execution by acting as the central coordination point among internal teams and external parties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project coordination and scheduling support
• Monitoring project timelines, milestones and deliverables
• Coordination of tasks among internal department and external stakeholders
• Preparation and maintenance of project documentation and reports
• Facilitation of meetings, follow-ups, and action tracking
