Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Coordinator (Engineering) to provide support to Engineers and Building Services ensuring smooth operation, documentation, and administration for upcoming engineering projects. This role will work closely with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the project stays on schedule and budget and meets all technical and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering and building services capex and ad hoc projects ensuring project goals and objectives are achieved within the deadline
• Manage projects' documentation with contractors.
• Draft project specifications for EBM projects
• Liaise with authorities to review and prepare mandatory report submission
• Carry out project administrative tasks
• Assist in tracking and preparing presentations and project schedule updates
