Project Coordinator

A Service Coordinator is often involved in the day-to-day services and maintenance operations in Audio-Visual projects. They organize and communicate details between team members, managers, suppliers, and clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
• Creating JIRA tickets for service, maintenance, and equipment concerns
• Coordinate services and maintenance activities, resources, equipment, and information
• Coordinate with Managers, Engineers, and clients to resolve AV-service matters
• Involvement in service-related documentations, plans, and reports

Qualifications

• Any IT or Engineering-related courses
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience
