We are looking for a highly organized and proactive to support a senior executive in managing their daily workload, calendar, and communication. This role requires strong time management, discretion, and a remote-first mindset, as you'll be supporting operations across time zones and teams. The ideal candidate brings prior experience supporting C-suite executives and thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage executive’s calendar with precision – scheduling, rescheduling, and conflict resolution
• Draft, proofread, and manage professional correspondence and documents
• Handle email triage and follow-ups to ensure priorities are actioned
