Job Description
- Execute day-to-day project-related tasks, including scheduling, vendor communication, and inventory management.
- Ensure all resources are available for project execution, including tools and materials.
- Assist with setup, dismantling, and managing team activities during events.
- Prepare logistics lists, permits, and procurement documents for project tasks.
- Work closely with creative, fabrication, and carpentry teams to align project needs.
- Communicate with vendors for timely delivery and quality assurance. Escort contractors and suppliers into secure venue areas, ensuring they comply with venue security protocols (registration, pass exchange).
- Provide regular updates to Senior Executives or Managers on task completion.
- Track expenses and prepare basic financial summaries.
- Ensure on-site activities are compliant with safety protocols.
