Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Coordination of on-site work with main contractor &sub-contractor.
• Supervise, coordinate and check quality of works onsite.
• Monitor and lead work of subcontractors and in-houseworkers.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance toapproved specifications.
• Assist in on-site quality or defect works.
• Monitor site safety and ensure that all safetyrequirements are enforced.
• Attend Site Meetings with Clients
• Coordinate and ensure that precast components suppliedmeet client’s delivery and installation deadlines.
• Other Project Related work as required.

Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Civil or Structural engineering.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction or precast supply coordination.
• Experience and able to lead and control workers and subcontractors.
