PROJECT COORDINATOR

Job Scope

• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
• May be involved in pre-drawing submission stage for understanding of design concept.
• Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.
• Resolve all site problems encountered during the constructions stage.
• Monitor work in progress by highlighting on shop drawings.
• Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
• Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
• Conduct spot or routine site visit to check subcontractor’s workmanship and speed.
• Conduct quality and accuracy performance check on work done by following the checklist.
