Key Responsibilities – PMO Administration & Support
Manage staff onboarding and offboarding processes
Oversee asset management and tracking
Update and maintain PMO systems and tools (e.g., SharePoint, Excel trackers)
Maintain PMO documentation, templates, project registers, and shared repositories
Coordinate project gatherings, townhalls, review meetings, and governance sessions
Act as the central point of contact for PMO-related inquiries
Support implementation of new PMO processes and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
3–4 years of experience in project administration, PMO support, or IT operations (preferred)
Strong organizational and documentation skills
