+ Manage customer relationships, process orders and contracts, handle tenders and quotations, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
+ Work across teams to coordinate shipments, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Key liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal departments, managing complex administrative processes while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and customer satisfaction.
+ Deliver critical scientific solutions to customers worldwide, from supporting clinical trials to enabling groundbreaking research.
