Project Coordinator

Role Overview 
Detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a digital marketing agency and help launch two new digital businesses. This role combines admin, marketing operations and light project coordination. 
You'll help polish documents and SOPs, build simple marketing assets, support outbound campaigns in Apollo and coordinate with freelancers/designers for a new file-cleanup service. 
The ideal candidate thrives in fast moving startup environments where priorities shift and takes pride in organization and follow-through. 
Key Responsibilities 
Marketing Ops & Growth  ● Build and clean email lists; prep targeting inputs for Apollo campaigns.  ● Assist with cold email setup in Apollo (sequences, merge-field QA, targeting).  ● Draft/edit short copy (email subject lines, blurbs, one-pagers).  ● Create basic marketing materials and sales one-pagers (Canva).
