Project Coordinator Staff

About the role

Oversees project and interment closures, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget. Tracks progress via Gantt charts, conducts audits, reconciles data, monitors aggregates and budgets, encodes reports, and flags material shortages or cost issues to prevent delays and overruns.

What we're looking for

1. Detail‑oriented and analytical, able to review data
2. Identify inconsistencies and risks early, provide clear and timely feedback to operations and management.
3. Coordinate across teams using Gantt charts, basic budgeting, audits, and mobile or cloud‑based tracking systems to ensure project closure and accountability.
4. Bachelor's degree
