Job Description

Serve as the liaison between commercial teams, internal departments, and external suppliers to ensure smooth execution of market research projects. Own the study lifecycle from client lockdown through fieldwork completion, delivering high-quality consumer data aligned with organizational standards. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Survey Setup & Execution 
• Translate client and analyst requirements into high-quality questionnaires and online programs. 
• Prepare study materials for external vendors, coordinate translations and monitor interview progress. 
• Ensure error-free survey designs and adherence to timelines. 
• Monitor fieldwork progress and panel health
