Job Title: Project Maintenance Analyst



About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Project Maintenance Analyst to support consultants across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. This role ensures projects are set up correctly, time is charged accurately, clients are billed properly, and revenue is recognized in line with standards.



What You’ll Do

- Review and validate terms and conditions for standard contracts

- Set up and maintain project codes in internal systems

- Create and update customer records with high accuracy

- Support consultants with correct time charging to projects

- Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with revenue recognition policies
