Project Coordinator

Salary Range: $72,000.00 To $90,000.00 Annually

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day project activities as primary client contact.
• Coordinate cost tracking, schedule, procurement, and documentation.
• Support all project phases from feasibility through handover, including trade coordination, tendering, and change management.
• Maintain project records, schedules, budgets, submittals, and status reports.
• Assist with subtrade pre‑qualification, tendering, RFQs, bid evaluation, and preparation of subcontracts.
• Prepare and approve change orders and invoice templates; review invoices against progress and schedule.
• Coordinate deficiency resolution, walkthroughs, and consultant/ client inspections.
• Collect, review, and hand over close‑out documentation, including O&M manuals and warranties.
