Job Description
POSITION: Project Coordinator in Construction (Montreal), Canada SAJO is in search of dynamic individuals for the position of Project Coordinator in construction for our Montreal office.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
A university degree or technical diploma in the areas of engineering, architecture, building sciences, or construction technology.
Experience:
3+ years of construction experience.
SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The project coordinator must work closely with the project manager and assist him/her in accomplishing all daily administrative tasks required in implementing projects. Specifically, the project coordinator will obtain pricing from subcontractors and tabulate results, obtain permits and insurances, and follow up on plans and requests. As well, he/she will maintain all necessary documentation at all phases of the project and will assist, as needed, in bridging communication with client representatives.
