Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cost Controller for Construction to oversee budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting across all construction projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered on budget and within financial guidelines.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction cost control, budgeting, financial analysis, or project controls.
• Experience in project-based environments, particularly in construction or engineering, is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, change orders, buyouts, billing processes and cost management tools.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
• Experience with cost control or project management software is a plus.
