JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:

Project Planning and Execution:
Developing project plans, setting goals, and overseeing all aspects of construction and development.

Budget and Cost Management:
Managing project budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.

Schedule Management:
Developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and overall project
delivery.

Contract and Vendor Management:
Overseeing contracts with vendors and contractors, managing relationships, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Quality Control:
Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure projects meet established standards.

Risk Management:
Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and managing risks throughout the project lifecycle.
