Project Delivery Lead

We are hiring a Delivery Operations Lead (AI Services) to elevate the project delivery engine at Chemin to the next level. This is a high-impact leadership role for an individual driven to build, scale, and continuously raise the bar on project excellence — through people leadership, robust systems, and operational maturity.
You will lead the Project Delivery function end-to-end: growing high-performing teams, designing the tools and processes that power our work, and setting the rhythm that enables us to scale from POCs (proof of concepts) to high-volume, recurring pipelines with millions of data points. Your leadership will directly shape the quality, speed, and reliability our AI and ML clients experience.
