**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- You will study customer needs and fleet reports to guide your team on possible design approaches
- You will work with technical specialists in analytical and manufacturing fields to develop optimised design solutions to address requirements
- Where possible you will look for opportunities to build on prior knowledge when generating solutions
- You will help your team to understand how the design direction affects project and technical risk
- As your design solutions approach production you will take part in validation and verification work
- In response to field failures you will take part root cause analysis for components in which you’ve developed a specialisation
**What You Bring**
- You have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- You are fluent in English
